Refund policy
Shipping:
Your order will be shipped via USPS. We only ship on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, & Monday will not be shipped until Tuesday.
Returns:
We only offer store credit for returns. Purchases must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. There is a 3% Restocking Fee for all returns.
House Of Traditions Return Policy:
We only offer store credit for returns. Purchases must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date (as shown on the tracking number that we ship your order with). All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on SALE
- Hats
- Shoes
- Accessories
- Jewelry
- Hair and Other Accessories
- Home Decor Items
- Gourmet Food items of any kind
- Candles or any other type of home fragrance
- Holiday Related Items
All items must be delivered back within 14 days of receiving. We will use the delivery date from the original order. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
Please include a copy of your receipt, order number or packing slip, and your reason for return. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide return labels.
